For over 20 years, I have been working in the Quebec Public Sector, namely in the  Health and Social Services network. As a Clinical Practioner, Manager and Consultant, I have supported different organizations (Youth Protection Services, CRDI and CLSC, etc.).

More recently, I have worked as a clinical expert in the private sector for the implementation of a home-based services clinical care management software and I am actually involved with the implementation process of a .NET field placement software in the area of Health and Social Services in Quebec.

My main accomplishments as an organizational consultant and business analyst have revolved around technological change, support towards the implementation of clinical Information Systems (CIS), Training and Implementation of a CIS for Youth Centres in Quebec (PIJ), Counsel on Professional Services as well as Business Process Analysis in the area of Social Services.

I have completed a Masters degree in Public Administration (MPA) and a Bachelor  Degree in Social Work (BSW). I have worked for over 17 years with Youth and Families as  a clinical practionner and have also had experience in Management in the public sector.
